Terms of Service

Please read these Terms carefully before using Reelix. By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Reelix app or website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Reelix.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Reelix. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@reelix.app of any unauthorized use of your account. Reelix is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. You may not transfer your account to another person.
4. Content & Conduct
You are solely responsible for the content you post on Reelix. By posting content, you grant Reelix a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your content in connection with the Service. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Content that violates our Community Guidelines may be removed without notice.
5. Gems, Earnings & Withdrawals
Gems are Reelix's virtual currency. Gems earned through video performance, gifts, and milestones have a USD equivalent of $0.001 per gem (1,000 gems = $1 USD). Reelix reserves the right to adjust the gem-to-USD conversion rate with 30 days' notice. Minimum withdrawal is 10,000 gems ($10). Withdrawals are processed via PayPal within 3-5 business days. Gems have no cash value unless redeemed through the official withdrawal process. We reserve the right to withhold earnings if we detect fraudulent activity, bot traffic, or violations of these Terms.
6. VIP Membership
VIP membership is an optional paid subscription available within the Reelix app. VIP benefits include ad-free experience, higher daily upload limits, bonus gem multipliers, and priority support. VIP membership is non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Reelix may modify VIP benefits at any time with reasonable notice to subscribers.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: (a) use bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate artificial views, likes, or engagement; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app; (c) use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or phishing content; (d) impersonate any person or entity; (e) create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions; (f) sell, transfer, or exchange gems or virtual gifts for real-world currency outside the official withdrawal system; (g) exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform.
8. Intellectual Property
The Reelix name, logo, app design, and all original content created by Reelix are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Reelix's intellectual property without our prior written consent.
9. Third-Party Services
Reelix integrates with third-party services including Google Firebase and PayPal. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Reelix is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Reelix does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reelix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Reelix's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Reelix in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
Reelix may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or our Community Guidelines. You may also terminate your account at any time by deleting it within the app. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and unredeemed gems will be forfeited.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if that fails, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
